Financial Conditions

Our pricing is changing. We are offering a discounted price if a brother or sister were to attend too. Do enquire for further details.

Upon receipt of the application form, we will inform you whether places remain available at the camp and will request a non-refundable registration fee and deposit of £250 per child. Upon receipt of your payment, we will proceed with your application. (This is for the one or two week camps).

The outstanding balance will be sent at a later date. This must be settled within 60 days of the registration fee and deposit. Camp fees are quoted British Pounds; if a payment is made in a foreign currency, the exchange rate of the day of the transaction will be used; any difference in favour of the payee will be credited, or, in the case of a shortfall, a further payment will be invoiced.

The cost of the camp includes:

Accommodation according to age, and full board.

Provision of bed linen.

Full laundry service once during the stay.

Physical and Intellectual courses according to the programme

Guest Speakers

Accident insurance and personal liability insurance

Travel to and from London, UK (Apollo theatre, Hammersmith)

 

Cancellation conditions

If a participant is expelled for disciplinary reasons, no fees will be reimbursed.

The £250 registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Up to 30 days before the start date of the camp: refund of 50% of the cost of the camp. After this period, the full amount is retained.

 

Don’t Ever Ring the Bell reserves the right:

To cancel the session up to three days before the session begins and should this case arise, it will reimburse the moneys paid.

To adapt routes or camp itineraries should security issues arise relating to adverse weather during the course.

There is no insurance against theft; all extra money held by the students should be handed in to the Head of House for safe keeping. It is strongly recommended that campers do not bring jewellery or valuable items.
